The location is serene, peaceful, and a perfect spot to relax. the clean and fresh room is well-equipped with a kitchen containing all necessary amenities. Though the restaurant next door isn't open all the time, there are shops and supermarkets within a reasonable distance from the hotel. the room's good size adds to its convenience.

The hotel's customer service could be better.

I had a really good stay at this hotel. the rooms were clean and fresh, which made for a comfortable stay. Secondly, the equipped kitchen in the room was a great feature, especially with amenities like a dishwasher and microwave. It made it convenient for me to prepare meals during my stay. Lastly, the location by the restaurant next door was a bonus. I enjoyed being able to have breakfast there and it added to the overall convenience of the hotel.

the public transport system was very accessible, making it easy to move around, despite not being located in the city center. the apartment complex was aesthetically pleasing and had a nice coworking space for those needing a workspace.

The apartments could benefit from better ventilation, especially during high temperatures. some kitchenware could be incomplete, and we noticed that broken or missing items were not replenished regularly.

The kitchen in my room was equipped with everything I needed, such as a microwave and dishwasher. The beds were also really comfortable. the hotel's location was convenient, with a grocery store only 1.2 km away and easy access to bus transportation.

Without air conditioning, the rooms can get very warm. I would have appreciated more information and support from staff, as there were no clear instructions for using the parking app and no one was available to help on the weekends.
